Returns

At Oh My Goddess!, we want you to be happy with your experience and we will refund you if you are not 100% satisfied. We gladly accept returns of unwashed and unworn garments.


Return Process:

Contact us
Contact us within 14 days starting from the day you have received your order and describe which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return. Attach photograph(s) for quality problems: orders@goddess.sx
Once our staff approves your items for a return, we will contact you with a Return Authorization Number. You will then mark this number clearly on the outside of your package before shipping it back to us.

Return conditions
Returned garments must be in unused condition with the original tags and packaging. We do not accept returned items that are worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. Items must also have all original tags attached.

Returning the goods
We do not provide return shipping labels. Put the item(s) in the original packaging and send it according to the return instruction. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us.
Please note that the original shipping costs for the returned packages are non-refundable and you are responsible for the cost of shipping the goods back to us.

Refunds
Once the returned merchandise is received your money will be refunded back to you. Oh My Goddess! cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to Oh My Goddess! N.V. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the order. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
